HP gets EDS

So finally the murmured deal of HP gets final with outsourcer EDS for $25/share amounting to total of $13.9 million dollar. The deal has been finally signed between them by board of directors. HP, Hewlett packard claims that it will make the service revenue twice of current by buying EDS , an IT outsourcer. IT outsourcing has catch ed up fast in past few months with operational costs increasing along with market competition rising. Also we noticed several job cuts lately in march in US, recently badly hit by financial, credit and house loan crisis.
